Complete a double diploma of business and human resources management to get double the qualification and double the skills. The double diploma is only 2-3 units more than studying a single diploma which substantially saves you time and money.

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who possess a sound theoretical knowledge base in human resources management as well as demonstrate a range of managerial skills including project management, communication, people management and leadership.

While this course can be considered to be a broad introduction to the respective sectors, the course has been designed so that graduates will leave with specific and readily usable skills relevant to specific situations. It is appropriate for those looking to develop a career in business and human resources management as well as aspiring small business owners and entrepreneurs.



This course is suitable for those who have completed a relevant certificate IV qualification and are looking to upgrade their skills to further their academic and career prospects. It is also suitable for those who have completed year 12 or equivalent OR are aged over 20 and have demonstrated skills acquired through the workplace.

This qualification is delivered completely online. The learners will be part of an online learning community as well as their own learning groups connected through an easy to use online learning platform.  This platform provides you with the convenience and flexibility of studying at home at your own pace and schedule while also being able to easily attend face-to-face tutorials with industry experts.

The learner facilitator interaction will mainly be online and email communication. The learners will have an opportunity to listen to and see the facilitator through the scheduled online tutorials.



The course is designed to reflect a real-life workplace context through online learning activities, face-to-face online tutorials with industry experts, workplace focused projects and practical tasks and assessments.

It is assumed that a considerable number of the learners enrolling in this course have either had some work experience or are considering starting out in a new job within the industry.
